This course is designed to explore preventative actions to reduce risk exposure, respond appropriately during an incident to minimise the risk of injury along with addressing post incident trauma associated with the crime.

To give the learner a knowledge base to recognise the potential for robbery incidents and enhance aspects of personal safety, by understanding different concepts, tactics and methods to effectively respond and recall details post event.
